Great vegan ice-cream and vegan cone. The choices stay, however, a bit limited.
We were here on a mommy/daughter trip and we came here both days we were in Miami Beach. The vegan chocolate and strawberry gelato was so delicious. I love that the wafer was also vegan.
Spend all of their money on aesthetics but not making a yummy product. And they prices are ridiculous. Wouldn’t come back but the service was fine.
Cute atmosphere, staff was friendly. The gelato was expensive and lacked flavor. The bubble waffle was good, the toppings brought the flavor. Spent $21 for one bubble waffle gelato with an 18% gratuity charge which is obscene.
To be honest it was very good the Gelato was good but I wish there were more flavors and cup sizes, when I walked in there and asked for a large since it WAS an option then I turn to look at the large cups I was genuinely shocked to see how small they were I didn't complain though I got three scoops, the toppings were also limited I wish there was more than the one's that were there, overall it was good
Amazing 👏
a small cup of coconut/chocolate was $11.50, the chairs were all broken so nowhere to sit. Tourist trap
The gelato was very pretty and flavorful, and the employees were very nice. Inside is beautiful and the picnic tables outside were open to sit at. Only downsides are the cups are tiny, the prices are high, and you’re only allowed 3 taste-tests with the tiny spoons. A maximum is understandable, but only 3 for the amount of flavors they offer isn’t understandable. Especially with the prices they charge; you want to be sure you’ll enjoy the flavor. For size reference: the cookie on top is about the size of an Oreo and the napkins are the small dessert napkins. I ended up going with 1/2 Reece’s flavor and 1/2 chocolate flavor. The Reece’s was fantastic! The chocolate was run of the mill chocolate. I waited until my husband got his to try the Reece’s and didn’t regret my decision. They did pack as much gelato in the cup as possible.
It's a popular restaurant, but the taste is average. .
With the weak yen...maybe the taste doesn't match the price?

Wildly expensive for, at best, mediocre gelato. Expect to spend at least $10 a person. The pre-made pops taste like they’ve been sitting for a while. Mine went right in the trash can out front. Much better off going to Walgreens across the street.

An 18% service charge for a scoop of ice cream plus a prompt for more tip is disrespectful to your customers .., ice cream is nothing special and a total ripoff

I was appalled that the tip was automatically added in at a gelato shop

18% gratuity for two scoops of ice cream on a takeout. What is wrong with the wrong with the owner, this is disgusting 🤮 . How about you just pay your employees more.
Automatic Gratuity for handing me a cup of CHEAP gelato??!? The ENTITLEMENT of these Miami businesses is ridiculous. I will SUE in violation of Senate #509.214!!!
