Unfortunately was a bit disappointed overall with service, quality of food and honesty of staff. Got pulled in off the street for 2 for 1 happy hour so me and my family decided to have a drink and a few snacks. I was charged full price with drinks when I questioned the 2 for 1 happy hour, was told it's per person well that wasn't told to us, the place was super busy and after 50min no food ( fries abd cheese pizza) we had to leave. We took it take away and it was very average. Only thing that was okay was the frozen daquaris but they do need more ice as were quite runny. Unfortunately had a terrible experience and it was very overpriced

This was hands down the worst restaurant experience of my life. The food was absolutely awful — honestly the worst food I have ever eaten. Every single bite tasted wrong, like no care or effort was put into anything. I don’t understand how food this bad is even served to customers.
The quality was terrible, the flavors were nonexistent (or just plain bad), and I left feeling disappointed and annoyed that I wasted my money here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a last resort. Save yourself the frustration and eat literally anywhere else.

We got apps and drinks at Icon. The atmosphere is great and Leila was an amazing server! The food is par for the course and drinks are good too. Leila was lovely enough to give us suggestions for drinks to order for happy hour. The only additional comment I have is around the 20% service charge already included on the bill and the additional tip option. Seems a bit redundant and didn't love that.
