Icy-N-Spicy has a hidden gem vibe as an ice cream shop on South Beach. I'm a huge fan of Dubai Chocolate, so the pistachio ice cream topped with kunafe was the perfect choice. My wife had the cotton candy ice cream, which had an unexpected but pleasant fruity taste.
