We visited IHOP in the evening as a group of five, and everything we ordered was genuinely delicious. The food came out just right, and the service was excellent. Our server, Randal, was incredibly friendly and attentive — the kind of presence that keeps a table feeling relaxed and well looked after.
There was only one small downside: the air conditioning was extremely cold. I know that strong A/C is common in the U.S., but this was intense enough that I could’ve used a jacket.
Aside from that, a great visit with great food. A comfortable spot — just bring a layer if you tend to get chilly. 🍽️❄️✨

Haven't had Ihop on a while and this did not disappoint. I had the sampler breakfast, delicious but I do miss the stuffed French toast but still good. Mary was a friendly, informative and quick server. With it being extremely busy on a Sunday she was on top of everything. Even asked about whipped cream which I don't eat so I appreciated that. Great location very convenient.

Very busy for a Sunday morning, but we were seated quickly and the food came out quick as well. It’s been sooo long since I’ve been to iHop I forgot how cheap and delicious it can be. Our waitress Mary was really polite and helpful in making sure we were tended to and cared for. Even asking if we wanted whip cream which is important for us since it makes my girlfriend sick.

I love IHOP - this was a bad experience though. The staff gave us a feeling that they didn’t want to work; they were not taking our order appropriately. To all of our questions; the answer was NO or I DON’T KNOW and was not willing to consult with other/senior team member. The omelets didn’t come the way we had ordered. They didn’t give us strawberry syrup with the pancakes (they mentioned: Ihop doesn’t have strawberry syrup).
The coffee creamer looked expired/ rotten (their response; this is how the creamers are)
