We had a great italian meal in a great italian restaurant. Our waiter Daniel was nice and funny, making us feel very welcomed.

They are breaking the law by not notifying the customer ahead of time that the 20% gratuity is already charged. Also, there staff while nice can be abit distant. I had to wait like 10-15 minutes for the bill, and when I was walking to the table, they casually handed me, again, while I was walking to the table, the menu.
Nice setting tho.
Edit: I went to the restaurant and asked to see the menu, and there is a small and bolded sentence on the bottom explaining the gratuity. So I was wrong about the gratuity, but honestly for 20%, I should not be getting the casual response from staff.
Like certain basic things were not done, for instance I had to ask for cutlery after being served food and also, when I was eating.
