They are breaking the law by not notifying the customer ahead of time that the 20% gratuity is already charged. Also, there staff while nice can be abit distant. I had to wait like 10-15 minutes for the bill, and when I was walking to the table, they casually handed me, again, while I was walking to the table, the menu.

This place is amazing! I love the atmosphere and location. Our server, Claudia, was amazing as well. She helped us with the perfect selection of food for our taste buds and always greeted us with a smile. People, please ask for Claudia if you plan on visiting this restaurant. G

Giogia was absolutely outstanding—warm, attentive, and on top of everything without ever feeling intrusive. She nailed the pacing, gave great recommendations, and made sure our table was taken care of the entire time. The service felt genuinely personalized, which is rare on Ocean Drive.
