Insomnia Cookies' NYC locations were always great, communicative, and prompt with service. This Miami Beach location is not like those, at all. I suspect the high Google review marks are astroturfed.

Lady who worked there looked like she didn’t want to work. No greeting at all. And I LOVE cookies so I knew I would enjoy these based off of reviews but they were cold & hard & some were even undone in the middle the only one that was good was peanut butter everything else was trash I’m disappointed ☹️
