Truly excellent dinner at Isabella's with great friendly service also. Breads and dips to start were fantastic as were scallops and the best calamari. Mains were chicken, branzino and veal chop a la Milanese - all of which were superb. Alas no room for dessert - next time!

Have been to Issabella's many times - a local favourite. The food is great, service fantastic. Great cocktails. Definitely recommend!

Server was kinda rude despite being the only people at the restaurant. Food was decent but would not go out of my way for it

We went to Issabella's for my husband's birthday and got the branzino, it was amazing. They also gave us a complimentary dessert with a candle to sing. Great service from Javier, beautiful restaurant, and amazing food and service.

Yet another amazing meal at Issabella's. It was Mothers Day brunch and the food was superb. Victor the manager was super attentive to our table as always. This is our favorite restaurant in South Beach and never disappoints! This is a must visit if you are in the neighborhood.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with the hostess at this restaurant. From the moment I arrived, she seemed to take an instant dislike to me and told me they were “fully booked,” despite the dining area being at least half empty. She insisted all the tables were reserved, yet when I checked OpenTable, there was availability at every hour, so I made a reservation on the spot.

When I returned with the confirmed reservation, she claimed the manager had instructed her not to accept walk-ins and warned me I’d be waiting an hour and a half for my food, which made no sense given how many people were there. Her attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming, which felt incredibly disrespectful.

To make matters worse, I witnessed her speaking to the manager and mocking me from a distance. I wasn’t dressed inappropriately, nor was I behaving in any way that would warrant such treatment. I genuinely felt discriminated against, which was especially disheartening given that this used to be my favorite spot on Lincoln Road.

I ultimately decided to leave and will not be returning. No one should be made to feel this way.

I was looking forward to eating there w/my family (5 total). When we got there there were about six empty tables outside; with reserved signs. I asked if we could be seated outside only to be denied & told that they were only for four (4) & all were reserved. I do not know how long they were planning to reserve them; but the dismissive attitude I detected turned me off. Reminded me of going to clubs that had a very long artificially created line only to wait & go in to see that it was mostly empty. I called and spoke to someone claiming to be the manager but received the same artificially polite dismissive attitude. Fortunately Lincoln Road is full of excellent restaurants that are more than happy to accept my money & provide great service. We had a great meal & service at Osteria da Fortunata. It was unfortunate that it started with the uncomfortable experience at Isabella's.

Not the cheapest store in the area.
Service leaves a lot to be desired.
If I pay €20 for a water and an Aperol, then the waiter should also notice when the water glasses are empty. Never mind, going to the bottle cooler didn't kill me. ;)

Mediocre food. Rigatoni bolognese was lukewarm, sauce was mainly a marinara sauce. Taste like chef-boy-r-d
Spicy sausage pizza was any but spicy. Very bland. Won’t eat here again.

Sat down and nobody came to our table. The place was mostly empty. We waited 15 minutes before we left. The manager saw us leave but nobody cared.

The food was decent, but the service was absolutely atrocious. I made a reservation for 2, and when we arrived, we were told there was no space inside, so we had to sit outside in the cold with heaters that didn’t even work. We asked the blonde waitress if we could be moved inside when a table became available, and she said yes, but 20 minutes later, we watched them seat a party of 2 at a table for 2 inside. We told the manager, and he lied straight to our faces, claiming that the people seated were part of a larger group and that the table was "open." But then, he brought us to the very same table they had just seated them at, while that party was moved to the bar. Our night was ruined—not just because we were lied to and freezing, but also because the other party got kicked out of their table. Unbelievable.

Update: The restaurant has reached out to us privately, continuing their lies. We clearly saw them speaking to the party of 2 before they were moved, and the manager initially told us that the party of 2 was part of the larger group. They did give us a $50 gift card, but let’s be clear—we will definitely not be returning. Attached is their response—absolutely ridiculous.

I had an unfortunate experience when my child needed to use the restroom, but was not allowed access because the policy is that only customers can use the facilities. I find this policy a bit puzzling — when exactly does one become a ‘customer’? Is it someone who dined yesterday, today, or perhaps will eat tomorrow? I understand that restaurants have their rules, but it felt quite disheartening to be turned away, especially when a child is in need. Good service should start at the entrance and not be dependent on whether you’ve already made a purchase or plan to in the future. This experience has made it unlikely that we will return.

Good restaurant, impeccable and professional service.
Nice menu but still expensive.
Favorite for the pavlova.
