I love joe and the juice but this one in particular has the worst service, I went here two days in a row and both days they forgot about my order, and even gave me an attitude when I went and asked for it saying “for app pick ups you need to be over there” but they called my name from exactly where I was? And my friend ordered from the app as well and had no issues and did not have to go “over there”. Just unorganized.

I’ll get to the food in a sec, But the service alone was reasoning enough to at least check this place out. Kayana Help us and made our food. She also made our short dinner trip 100% worth it as the tuna & spicy tuna sandwiches were AMAZING. She inured the atmosphere and environment was welcoming. Aside from the cool aesthetic place has. The Jos branch from the outside looks like it is old and inside the same design as its branches. The service is excellent, but the taste, unfortunately, is not the same as the other branches, and my order is always the same, tuna avocado.
Extremely poor service, takes forever to get your sandwich, and Costs a fortune for the pleasure. I live in London and wanted something familiar when visiting miami but the service, flavor and pricing isn't the same.

This place has really tasty smoothies. I also had the turkey sandwich, which was also quite good. You can get a free sandwich or juice after your first purchase if you download the app, so I recommend that. The atmosphere was cool and comfortable. The service could be a little warmer. It was civil, but a smile and saying welcome would be a good idea. I wouldn't let that keep you away though, especially if you like good smoothies. Give it a try.

I’ve never had any issues with the service here—on the contrary, the staff, especially the morning crew, have always been very friendly. However, what happened today was very disappointing. On 10/01/24 at 6:30 pm, I was very disappointed and surprised by the treatment I received from a lady on the afternoon shift. I asked about using the restroom as a customer, and I was told they were unavailable, even though they had been working fine earlier. The response from one of the staff members was unprofessional. When I voiced my concerns about how her colleague treated me, she told me I should leave if I didn’t like it. I found her comment extremely disrespectful, and instead of offering an apology or any understanding, she basically told me to leave. This is not the kind of service I expected. Please ensure your staff is trained to handle customer concerns properly. Below is an image of the employee to assist management in identifying her, as one of the staff members refused to provide their name when I tried to submit a formal complaint.
