Over the past few year, the Joe & the Juice locations in Miami have really dropped the ball. The juices have become watery and frankly unappealing, particularly at the Coral Gables location and the Miami Beach 1215 place .

Visited this shop on Monday evening, there was a very rude male working behind the counter. He was on his phone for ages before he came to serve me. Very unfriendly, did not go back while staying in Miami. Food tasted good.

Lady taking my order was rude, also had AirPods in when I asked if they had sugar free vanilla she yes yeah right there and I looked behind me.. it was sugar. Then the lady making stuff was nice she said they don’t because the girl ringing me up didn’t hear me cause her AirPods. Got the new steak sandwich and my meat is cold. Girl also handed out my food rudely too. my vanilla latte had no flavor as well.

Rude, stressed-out guy behind the bar. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though the place was almost empty. They didn't even say goodbye. It's a shame I gave a tip beforehand. The food was average despite the long wait.
