Rude, stressed-out guy behind the bar. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though the place was almost empty. They didn't even say goodbye. It's a shame I gave a tip beforehand. The food was average despite the long wait.

Bad service. Employees seem to be bored. Waited almost 10min for a ginger shot. No other customer was in there. The lady seemed pissed that she needed to do some work. It’s a pity, a used to come there regularly, love the products.

Awful service, undesirable experience. My first and last time here. Morning coffee with a friend. They fill up the coffee all the way to the top of the rim. The coffee spilled all over, so I walk to the counter mentioning to the employee that this is way much, he isn’t responding so I pour it about a 1/4 cup in bin. He goes off saying that I’m disrespectful, that I can’t do that if I do this in my house. I’m in shock while there is coffee on the floor because it’s still that full. I’m reminding him it’s their error to over pour, that luckily I’m not burned from their negligence and he continues to debate that now he has to change the plastic and we continue debating.
He comes with a mop and a bad attitude as he starts shuffling items around as he cleans. Then a manager I presume comes to the table to correct me that I shouldn’t of done that and also saids that’s disrespectful tho agrees he will tell employee to not fill to rim and he continues to banter with me. This is the same person that when I went to go to bathroom I ask “excuse where is the bathroom” and he calls out some numbers to me as he walks away - I’m confused where do I go- 3 black doors with one sign that saids employee-
I have to ask the number twice and ask which door cause there is no sign that saids bathroom and he saids first door and answers they painted all the doors black-
Should’ve known right then and there to leave.
I’m disappointed to have this experience first thing in the morning, no apology no correction- just employees debating with a customer. There are better places to enjoy your coffee where the customer service is good, bathrooms have signs and employees appreciate customers and want to serve with a smile and a helpful attitude.
Never again, I finished my coffee and took the time to write the review so you can enjoy your coffee elsewhere.
