As always the sandwiches are delicious however the service was really slow despite there being so many staff working. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks and took about 20-25 minutes to receive our order.

I’ve come here many times as it’s around the corner from my place but today I was really not satisfied. I asked for a small Americano, charged for large. I had to bring it to her attention. My sister was charged for an extra drink she didn’t order. Waited quiet a while for an açaí bowl as the girl making them spent about 10min talking with orders just sitting there. Also the coffee just didn’t taste the same. Not sure if they changed their beans but it just didn’t taste the same to me. Doubt I’ll be returning if this is the new quality.

The worst place to eat: dirty tables, unhygienic environment, staff with loose hair handling food. They lacked the product I ordered, and when I canceled, they informed me the refund would take 6 days. Despite this, I paid a double tip. The manager, busy and about to leave, couldn't assist me properly. In conclusion, avoid this place if you want to avoid a bad experience.
