Within the MB hotel in Miami sits Kalypso. A small but very relaxing g restaurant located next to the pool that is adjacent to the ocean. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated. Seating is wonderful and could easily accommodate a large family. There were no large print menus and I would say that this place is easily accessible to those walking with a cane but otherwise using a wheelchair may be difficult to navigate around tables. Food was “chefs’s kiss”-from their short ribs to their Falafel salad. Prices are not that bad either! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful dinner and appreciate the gracious and attentive service. We enjoyed the Branzino, Salmon a la Plancha, Mykonian Meatballs, Trio Spreads and Greek Salad. The only downside is they have a limited wine list and the wines by the glass we did try we didn’t like and the ones by the bottle we weren’t familiar with, but they made a lovely martini. The ambiance is nice and exotic. The music was good and not too loud. The value is exceptional. We had a great time!

The restaurant is located right on the boardwalk, overlooking the hotel pool. The ambience was beautiful- such a lovely setting! The drinks- fresh juices for kids, Aphrodite and margaritas for adults were very tasty and beautifully done! The service was inconsistent, and food slightly above average. Calamari and chicken kebabs were excellent, the branzino average, and pizza was a bit flavorless. Still recommend for appetizers and drinks but not my favorite for the main meals!

One of my favorite places to come for lunch and dinner The whole staff is super friendly and professional and does a great job i've been to Greece and let me tell you this place makes me feel like I'm back there again. The owner Achilles always takes care of me and my friends every time we go there he makes me feel very welcome and comfortable it feels like I'm at one of my own family restaurants when I go there.
This hidden gem is truly a beautiful discovery. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with soft lighting and music that sets the perfect tone, and it's just steps from the ocean. Tucked away in the back of the MB Hotel (Wyndham), Kalypso Beach is absolutely charming...delicious food (my faves - branzino, lamb shank and beef short ribs), an incredible staff, and an overall top-rated experience that feels both relaxed and special.

We’ve had several things on the menu, most recently the Ahi Tartar, Greek Salad, Grape Arugula Salad, Kalypso Burger and pizzas (Margarita and Mushroom), everything was perfectly prepared and presented. It’s accessible from the beach walk or Collin’s Ave. you will not be disappointed with a visit to this fine establishment

It’s accessible from the beach walk or Collin’s Ave. you will not be disappointed with a visit to this fine establishment. Achilles and his staff including Kenny and Niko will treat you like family.

This has become one of our favorite places in North Beach! The service is always outstanding, the food consistently good, and the ambiance is perfection. The decor and playlist with ocean views combine to make for a lovely evening. The spanakopita is incredible, and the grape salad is one of the best salads we've found on the beach. The chocolate soufflé was delicious, and we can't get enough of their mushroom pizza - it's so lemony and bright! We'll be back again and again.
