Walked into this place out of curiosity and wow. The chef is exquisite in his understanding and respect for his art. The ingredients are always fresh and the service is second to none. This is definitely my new secret spot before they get too popular.
The sushi was so fresh it’s where you want to eat. The best in north beach. The staff was so nice and gave us the best advise as to what to try and we were so happy with what we ate. If your in the beach area you must try and come by to eat there delicious sushi.
I had an incredible meal at Kuromon Sushi. Everything was incredibly fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor. The way they blend Japanese technique with Peruvian flavors is truly special and feels intentional, not gimmicky.
The real standout for me was the sashimi. Easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Each cut was pristine, perfectly seasoned, and let the quality of the fish shine. You can immediately tell how much care goes into sourcing and preparation.
