It was a nice hotel for the value, close to everyting, the beach, famous places, just one block to the beach and large room, the price is also very cheap. The only downside would be the ac isnt very cold

This is the best hotel on south beach …. And the host is so respectful I’m staying here only from now on , the room is clean it have plenty towels and plenty walk room. I recommend them 10/10 Thanks for everything

Very accommodating and hospitable. Mike was very helpful. I needed a place to stay at the last minute and he was very welcoming. The room was very clean and bathroom was very clean as well. It was quiet enough for me to work. Greatly appreciated

We stayed May 26-30. We like the room and also location. Hotel has a great location, also they are clean. I recommend. But used my booking with booking.com, hotel supposed to return 100$ for deposit in a couple days, I didint received. We checked out from hotel before 11A.M. but they charged us late fee which is 10$ . Everything is fine except these things. Please reach out to me and fix. Thank you for your service.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The room was spacious, clean and fresh. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to help you. Michael and Briana went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable.

I booked with direct payment at the hotel and free cancellation. They charged me right away. I canceled but after almost a month I haven't had a refund. I have sent many emails but nothing.I will ask my credit card company to help me

Michael at the desk is the man. He pointed us in the right direction for food and some nightlife plus some breakfast hookups. The hotel was going through some changes but it was a fine stay and super close to the beach. Good deal for the price

Zero stars. do not believe the photos. looks nothing like the photos. rooms - flat 10 year old pillows. smell = yes, not even a plastic cup to get water from facet to mouth, no sales of water in the building, no complementary water, water = none. no internet, no TV service, no phone, no maid service. four different color 8 year old towels in the bathroom. shall I continue? this place is obviously miss managed, please pay the extra $50 and stay elsewhere.

Fair should be fair, so the location is amazing! Walking distance to almost everything in Miami south beach. The rooms are basic, with a bed a little below average in comfort, a tv where you can log in with your own streaming services, and an overall nice bathroom. But! There is no WI-FI in the room, even though there should be. We asked about it, and they know the WiFi is not working in the rooms, but they don’t tell you before arrival, or when you check in. There is no refund for this. Besides this, the bed is noisy, the windows dirty, the towels and bed sheets a little worn down, no regular cleaning of the room, and the coffee and tea facilities are almost not existent. We have a coffe maker in the room, but nothing for the tea, and there is no cups, glasses or teaspoons. We asked for it of course, but it could not be provided. For luggage storage they charge 5$ per suitcase.

We had numerous issues at the La Flora property on 12/25 in Miami Beach. We originally selected the hotel due to the good reviews online and location. We stay in Miami often (we only live 3 hours away and understand the quirkiness of South Beach properties) and booked our holiday stay back in early October. When we arrived at the hotel, of the two suites we booked, one was not available due to a maintenance issue. We were then given one suite (rm 309) and two standard rooms (305 and 307) which was not ideal for our party, but we had no other option. Upon check in we became aware that there was no television or internet service available during our stay and that the service had been out for over 2 weeks. We were offered a 10% to be reimbursed for this inconvenience, however, we experienced several other issues during our stay. Room 305 had NO heat the entire night and it was 40 degrees, so heat was needed. The staff tried to fix the thermostat, but could not. Room 309 had NO working shower. Room 307 had a terrible, squeaking bed which is so old and noisy, only a single person was able to sleep on it. There was no coffee or hairdryers in the rooms, another inconvenience (minor compared to the no heat, shower, or not getting the rooms we booked, but still an issue). Management offered us a 10% discount which we felt was disproportionate to the issues we faced while paying over $530 (holiday rate?) for two rooms for one night. Would not recommend staying here.
