La Piscine Restaurant at Flamingo South Beach

Cozy French restaurant/bar located inside flamingo pointe South tower with good food, music and atmosphere. Great place to watch a game, drink at happy hour (5p-7p bogo), or grab a bite after swimming at the pool. Can get crowded and rowdy but to be expected as it's a small but popular spot for locals. Definitely try the lobster salad, north bowl, and quinoa salad, Sooo good!

Quality/price ratio (considering that it is Miami) 10/10.

Friendly and fast waitresses. Super extensive menu: they have breakfast, snacks, lunches, dinners, drinks... everything. Very good food. And above all, fantastic pool service: they literally bring you whatever you order to any of the Flamingo's two pools.

.. given the presentation of the establishment, the food here was surprisingly pretty tasty. The waitress were nice but a little slow in service .. the atmosphere of the place could def use some renovation.

This pool access bar and restaurant was perfect! First time today and definitely won’t be our last!

Our server Alison was the absolute sweetest! You can tell she’s a local fave because of her great conversation and big heart! We had many misc request and she wasn’t bothered by one!

Went for some coffee and gauc and chips to have by the pool . Ordered two iced coffee and the app. Coffee was espresso poured over ice in a large cup so basically water. Sat for 20 mins waiting on my app and finally asked about it waitress was like oh I forgot to put it in do you still want it? The place was empty. I wonder what she thought I was waiting on. Can’t imagine what would have happened if I ordered food that would take longer than 5 mins to prepare. First time trying won’t be back. She also gave herself a generous tip. I thought it was weird there was no tip option when I paid just the total on the machine , when I got back to the pool I did the math on the items ordered because it seemed high sure enough total was not even close to what it should of been.

I always come back because the food is good, but the service is always below average, they always take a long time to take the order, I always have to go to the cashier to place my order, otherwise I'll be waiting hours to be served. The staff always seem overwhelmed with the service. The last time I went, they didn't even offer us water when I arrived, my order arrived at the table and the girl said she would bring it and it never came. I don't mind that, but only because of the lack of attention to the customer. 3 girls working at the restaurant and it still seems like they can't handle it.

Was told by a rude blonde waitress delivery to the pool ( only steps away) requires 22% tip (after I had already paid and tippes 20% by the way). This had never been the practice before, and considering how slow it was today, I felt she either didn’t want to work or was being purposely rude. As a restaurant mostly catering to residents in the building, I hope she’s trained to provide better service to all.

Yoalis welcomed me and my momWith open arms into La Piscine. We go to the best restaurants in Miami and this is definitely one of our favorite. The burger is five star quality! ?????

EDITED FOR UPDATE:*Owner of restaurant retaliated by posting a bad review about me to my school I attend*TLDR: long wait time and bad serviceI went here for lunch one day and walked up to the bar to order food, I stayed for about five minutes without anyone taking my order Before going back to my table. I sat at the table for another few minutes, thinking maybe the waitress would attend me there. She never came over. So again, I walked up to the bar to order where the owner and her waitress were working, the owner was drawing a sign while I waited. Eventually the waitress came back and I asked the flavors they had that day to which she pointed to the owner. I didn’t understand what she meant so I looked over the owner for clarification. The owner walked over with the sign and started chatting to a woman who had just walked in. I finally ordered and sat down. The wait was too long and I had to leave to get back to school. I wrote my original review after finding out the owner yelled at the other students and “banned” me from the restaurant.The owner of this restaurant is incredibly rude and disgusting.

Unethical waitresses. I had the worst experience of my life with Eden. She is rude to the max. I have never been treated like that. How can you have a person like that in your business? And this isn’t first time people I know have told me that about her…

I had a fantastic time at 'La Piscine' bar in South Beach! The atmosphere is incredible. Loved their signature cocktails, especially the fresh margaritas. Otanya the waitress was super cool. Great spot for a fun night out. Definitely recommend!"
