La Piscine Restaurant at Flamingo South Beach

The food is hit or miss, but the location is convenient and most of the staff are great—except for one girl, usually in a ponytail, who is consistently patronizing, defensive, and unprofessional. She applies makeup behind the bar without washing her hands and speaks to customers with open hostility.

I once waited 38 minutes for an order marked “ready.” It hadn’t been started. When I asked, she insisted I stand there and listen to a drawn-out explanation instead of just fixing it.

Another time, I ordered chips and salsa. She brought out pizza sauce. When I pointed it out, she insisted that what I was describing was giardiniera—which isn’t even on the menu. A simple mistake becomes unbearable when met with condescension. If she’s working, there are other places near by with consistently friendly and professional staff.

Not so good in taking care of customers, they only talk with people they know 😳😳 . They take longer because they are talking to their friends

I order a chicken parmesan but got the Philly one ( didn’t realize until the waitress left) $14.50, kids menu $15.90 and a smoothie $9.50. They charged me $58 (that is more than the 18% that they printed on the menu) When I paid the waitress didn’t even give me the chance to choose for the tip.

Went to get double tequila shots for my friend snd I; not only did she input her own gratuity but she also served me sugar water. The shots were super sweet and diluted

Cozy French restaurant/bar located inside flamingo pointe South tower with good food, music and atmosphere. Great place to watch a game, drink at happy hour (5p-7p bogo), or grab a bite after swimming at the pool. Can get crowded and rowdy but to be expected as it's a small but popular spot for locals. Definitely try the lobster salad, north bowl, and quinoa salad, Sooo good!

Quality/price ratio (considering that it is Miami) 10/10.

Friendly and fast waitresses. Super extensive menu: they have breakfast, snacks, lunches, dinners, drinks... everything. Very good food. And above all, fantastic pool service: they literally bring you whatever you order to any of the Flamingo's two pools.

.. given the presentation of the establishment, the food here was surprisingly pretty tasty. The waitress were nice but a little slow in service .. the atmosphere of the place could def use some renovation.

This pool access bar and restaurant was perfect! First time today and definitely won’t be our last!

Our server Alison was the absolute sweetest! You can tell she’s a local fave because of her great conversation and big heart! We had many misc request and she wasn’t bothered by one!
