Auto topping is one thing where your service is elite. Auto tipping with horrible service is disrespectful! Our first server passed us off so she could get a table full of men. We waited for the “next” server to take over. We waited 40 mins - not even exaggerating for OVER COOKED edamame. Drinks, ha… forget bout it. I had a great time at SOLA. We were in town for a birthday outing and this place was a great addition. They had a good variety of reasonable priced food and drinks. The dancers put on a great show and the ambience was top tier.
Had a terrible experience at this restaurant. An hour wait for food, and the waiter never came back to refill waters even once. Food was poor. To top it all off, they insisted on a large tip for their poor service as it was their restaurant policy. I would not go again for this $180 experience.
