$17.50 for a regular burger, that doest even compare to a $7 shake shack. Not trying to be mean to the business. But you have a competitor a few blocks away, that serve a significantly better burger for less than half the price. Not sure what the business model is here. Thick sesame seed bun, hides the flavor of beef and makes it hard to eat. And how do you justify the price ? A $17 burger is kind of wild for a grab and go spot.

I did not order food, because the customer service was just so bad. Initially I would have given a 1 star review, but since I didn't eat anything, I'll give 2-stars. When I walked to the counter, the cashier was on his phone. He didn't greet me or offer any information on the menu. He put down his phone, clicked the computer to enter my order, and picked up his phone again. He didn't ask if I wanted a drink, or fries, or anything else. I took out a $20 bill and was just standing there waiting. He looked up from his phone, said "we don't take cash" and went back to his phone. Needless to say, I didn't pay and left

Only reviewing customer service as we didn’t try their food. Person at front did not make eye contact and was looking at phone the entire time. No one acknowledged us as we walked up to counter to order food. The fact that the front desk guy looked at his phone the entire time while we were there to order food turned us off from ordering and eating there.

Went to the Little Liberty the day after their grand opening, and I am in love! Officially in my top 3 burger spots in Miami! The bun is so soft and I love the fact that they have sesame seed buns! The patty itself was really flavorful, and all I got was pickles! :) the fries are like a less greasy McDonald’s fry! All located insider Time Out Miami! I love it!
