Unlike my previous visit, this one was disappointing. While the menu does mention shallots, the normally creamy texture that comes from emulsified cheese and the distinctive pepper aroma were replaced by a dominant onion taste. The fish also tasted mostly of onion and was underwhelming — it came with only one side of the fish and no side dish.
