The staff are not friendly. They're showing this bad attitude. I understand that people work all day and deal with other customers. But it doesn't mean that you should treat customers who are being good customers and being nice badly. Their gelato is good, but the treatment makes you forget about the taste. This is not the first time. Additionally, I have been on other locations of Mamma mia, where the workers are rude. To mention the cleansiness of the specific location, They could at least try better to make it look cleaner.

While the price of gelato is always ridiculously priced, this place gives more generous servings than any other shop. The choices were fun and the flavors we had were quite delicious. Nothing about the shop would make you want to eat inside but fortunately the outside area there is always a great place to sit and to watch lots of interesting people! ?

VERY disappointing branch. I’ve had it a year ago and their service was much much better… don’t get me wrong their gelato is delicious but the service is bad. First there’s a rule of tasting two flavours only but it would be nice if they write it somewhere AND tell us before we try. Secondly, when I ask them to try a flavour (a third one) tell me the rule instead of ignoring me… very rude and disrespectful. I wasn’t sure why they had bad reviews because I’ve had it before but now I get it. It sucks because it is in a great location but it’s okay because there’s other mammamia gelato in south beach with BETTER service.Again delicious gelato, I would try it somewhere else.
