They’re nice and the food is amazing, I’m just annoyed when it comes to calling because my husband and I tried calling them about 20 times to order a pizza, and they just kept hanging up on us. Would’ve gave them 5 stars but because of that, I give it 3

I never write restaurant reviews, been coming here formlore then 10 years ,but I honestly don't want anyone else to have the bad experience I had.
The food came out cold and horrible. When I went to ask what had happened a person named Yair, who he told me was the manager. He was a very rude person who not only treated me badly, but also his employees , it felt like he did not care about his responsability. Terrible service and attention. I wouldn't go back, much less recommend it.

Low quality food in a low end setting, but friendly service. The steak I ordered was overcooked and the fries were a bit stale. The flan was not very good, but truly enormous. It's a popular place though, so they are clearly serving their target market well.

Beautiful Argentinian restaurant

The truth is that I was disappointed by how low the quality of the service was, starting with the fact that the food was ugly and I couldn't finish eating it. Then I bought some churros and they were also ugly and the way they served us was terrible.

Typical place with Argentine tastes. Well located with a good parking lot in front to park. It's expensive. It has many branches in Buenos Aires, on the coast. Very busy, ideal for meeting friends as a meeting point.
The service could be much better, but they do what they can

I just left this restaurant, we ordered three individual pizzas, at the time of paying on the ticket they were charging me for three medium pizzas, I let the waiter know, and he said ok I was wrong, I told him but I ordered small, to which He answered me, ok, what's left over goes to the restaurant, and he took the pizza from my table and threw it in the trash, I will never return to this place; They mistreat customers and steal their money

What happened to them??? It really sucks, I have been coming to Miami for more than 10 years, I considered this place as my place of connection to my Argentine customs. I just went, not only was the atmosphere unpleasant, because there was a racing match and everyone was shouting, my son is autistic and the misplaced shouts of some made my son very nervous. A lack of respect, if they feel like yelling like that, they should stay at home, people are going to have a good time and talk and share with their family and you have to put up with that because if they
You ask them to lower the volume and they get upset. Another thing that seemed horrible to me is that they charged me before bringing me the food... it's a restaurant and I paid to sit down, plus if the
Food is not in good condition, they force me to pay. I tell you that we ordered things that were delicious and well prepared before, first they were forgotten. Regarding some orders, like the water and the empanadas... after the milanesa was hard, they overcooked it, the gnocchi was swimming in sauce, it was gnocchi soup and the churrasco was boiled ugly, the potato omelette looked like horrible, burnt old potatoes. . A huge disappointment and before leaving we decided to bring something for the afternoon, some bills, super sweet, full of sugar, the croissants horrible, NOTHING TO SEE AS IT WAS before. I was really amazed at the poor quality of the food and service and the
Atmosphere . The cashiers in the invoice section were unpleasant, it bothered them that we asked for the invoices. I really didn't think that after so many years this place was going to fall so much... I only spent $164 dollars on those dishes that I mentioned, crazy for this trash.
