Matador Room is my favorite place for arroz con pollo in Miami. The flavors are rich and perfectly balanced, the rice is beautifully seasoned, and the chicken is tender and juicy. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared and elevated. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is stylish yet comfortable. Always a wonderful dining experience.
I recently enjoyed a wonderful dining experience at Matador Room for my mother in laws birthday. The night was impeccable Jonathan and Maria delivered a top tier service. They were attentive to the needs of everyone at the table and so kind, it felt like home. The bartender Mike was so charismatic and the drinks were wonderful.
