Nice bar, good service. But exorbitant prices. Probably the reason why we were absolutely the only ones there.

This was a classic tourist trap. The food was exorbitantly priced and the quality we got for that price was subpar. We got stuffed tostones which seemed reasonable enough, but if we wanted to add beef to it, it would cost and extra $17… So we got chicken instead which was dry and drizzled with what tasted like Franks Red Hot Sauce.

Next, the ceviche was missing both fish and passionfruit (even though the menu stated these ingredients would be in the ceviche) so we sent it back and asked them to take it off the bill.

Finally, the Cuban sandwich which was a sandwich, but was definitely not Cuban. It was grilled, but it wasn’t hot. It didn’t have pickles and the cheese wasn’t melted.

All of this being said, we thankfully got out of it less scathed because we got a 20% discount for staying that the hotel attached to this restaurant (but not directly associated with it… thank goodness).

All-in-all, if you want real, local, authentic Cuban food, don’t go here. Go to Puerto Sagua. Go anywhere else except for here. Your wallet will thank you.

I was walking with my group of friends and honestly we had no intention of entering, we entered motivated by the hostess Ana, the incredible food and the best service, thank you very much Ana for your hospitality

Excellent place! The Cuban atmosphere is spectacular with all the decoration. From the moment the host (Ana) greets you at the door you feel a warm welcome. In addition, Navia's service was splendid, very friendly and gracious from start to finish and the food was delicious. I just wanted to go back there again.

A tourist trap. Many of the high scores are fake reviews. Be careful. Below average everything. Food is below average as service is very bad. Just keep walking and find something else. If you are already stuck and ordered, be careful as the place is a rip off and will over charge you

Very deceptive “happy hour” to get you in the door. Extremely overpriced cocktails that were not great quality. Kids cocktails are a rip off too. Service was ok, nice people. Wouldn’t come back.

Navia was a very helpful server, I highlight her customer service. The Miami Vice cocktail was a very tasteful drink. The music was amazing as well!
