Maxine's Bistro and Bar in Miami Beach offers excellent food and customer service. The fried Calamari is prepared perfectly, although the sauce could be improved. The ribeye with whipped Potatoes and seasonal vegetables is cooked well but lacks flavor. Antonio, the bartender, is friendly and makes great drinks. The prices are good, and it's a nice place to eat, drink, and chill with good music and atmosphere.
