I ordered an extra French Fry, and I only got one in my meal. I spent 10mn at the counter explaining that my order was missing an item. They where not happy, didn't trust me, and after 10mn, they asked to see the packages, and the ticket order on the side was clearly mentioning extra fry. Only then they gave me my item. Very poor client experience. I haven't had a meal at McDonald's for years, and after this experience, I don't believe I'll be back

Horrible customer service, and always having issues with upgrading the order to a large and receiving a medium order, they don’t pay attention to what they give. Apparently workers need to read better and start making orders the way customers order them.

Staff is disorganized and inconsiderate. Everyone only speaks in Spanish and their body language is not welcoming. Counter check out takes forever and items they sell are purposely put out of order in order to up-sell you larger size. Restaurant is not very clean and staff gathers behind the counter but not doing much. Manager lady wasnt in the good mood and she was visibly showing it. I would not recommend this place.

The usual McDonald's. I must say that Google says they are open 24 hours and also on their door it is also 24 hours. I got there at 05:30hrs only to find them closed. I went there a few hours later for breakfast and inquired about their opening times and was told they open at 06:00hrs.
