Show service, forgot about us twice. Had to get out of my seat to find waitress to order and a second time to get the straw we asked for. Dead slow inside... Food was good. Forced to pay 20% tip, not cool in this instance.

This is a nice place to kick back on a patio and have some lunch. I had the chicken flatbread with hummus. It was good!

We‘ve had breakfast in the restaurant. Prices are like everywhere in SoBe and service was very friendly. Food was ok, we‘ve had eggs, fruits and coffee. You can sit outside and looking towards Ocean Drive.

The most poorly trained restaurant staff I've ever experienced in my entire natural life. Where do I even start? Sitting out on their terrace for 20 minutes. No acknowledgment, no menu, no nothing. And this was after the bartender said "Sure you can sit anywhere you like."The bartender finally leaves her empty bar inside and comes to the terrace takes our drink and app orders. Then 10 minutes later no drinks. But at least she is bussing the table next to us and gets their drink orders.Another 10 minutes later. Still no drinks or food yet. The bartender comes out and attempts to take our menus after we've already said we're going to order more food after our apps.I glance inside and see what I think is the chef or another bartender chatting casually with his colleague. A server finally appears to be coming out with our apps yet we still don't have any drinks. I asked the guys chatting behind the empty bar if they started making our drinks yet and he says no. I just tell him to cancel it. After watching a staff of three people accomplish nothing for more than half an hour we went next door for a much better experience.

We had such a blast staying at this hotel. The bartenders/servers were fun and friendly. The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting. The check-in clerk was phenomenal. We felt like the service here made our stay and helped us feel so welcome. Thank you for making our Miami stay such a wonderful experience!
