Show service, forgot about us twice. Had to get out of my seat to find waitress to order and a second time to get the straw we asked for. Dead slow inside... Food was good. Forced to pay 20% tip, not cool in this instance.
We‘ve had breakfast in the restaurant. Prices are like everywhere in SoBe and service was very friendly. Food was ok, we‘ve had eggs, fruits and coffee. You can sit outside and looking towards Ocean Drive.
We had such a blast staying at this hotel. The bartenders/servers were fun and friendly. The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting. The check-in clerk was phenomenal. We felt like the service here made our stay and helped us feel so welcome. Thank you for making our Miami stay such a wonderful experience!
