Hi, This is one the best hotels to stay in South Miami. It has a good location, perfect staff and it's clean. The food was good and the staff at the restaurant and bar were professionals. The pool was also clean and the staff also there were professionals.

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is an upscale hotel that provides a friendly atmosphere. They cater to your every need. The beach and pool areas were clean with a fun vibe. They had a variety of food options that didn't lack in taste.

we booked thru expedia expecting king room, upon getting to the hotel they give us this suite but failed to mention it only had a murphy bed! because they were sold out of king beds! staff failed to mention the room, we had a horrible time with expedia and staff to try to get us a regular room. i would not recommend this place, there are much better hotels for the price/better service as well.

Mother daughter trip - very lovely trip overall! I think the people who cared for us made it so memorable. They remembered us from day to day and took interest in speaking with us. The service, food quality and facilities are all lovely. I would definitely return here. Keep in mind that the beach chairs are included but the umbrella is not - it’s an additional $28/day on top of the resort fee. Also the beach cabanas are put in front and basically when all full as they were on Sunday before Labor Day, - they obstruct your ocean view. They run $175/day. Other than that, the resort was lovely and I would definitively say it is worth the price!. Thanks for a great stay!

He went above and beyond to ensure that we had excellent service and a great experience. Do yourself a favor and ask for Quan as well as Wonderful Pia for food and beverage service.
This hotel has always been my hotel of choice everytime I come down to miami! Its so beautiful and so peaceful. Shout out to jean he was so helpful and picked the best spots on the beach. He is also bilingual which is always a plus because spanish is my native language he was so sweet and helpful!

We requested the cabana for both days, no concerns for safety of items while enjoying a swim. When visiting the Loews, request Quan for the beach service and tip him well!
