I cancelled my reservation, 1 day after cancellation they stolen my money from my debit account. They tell my don’t worries we do the refund 7-14 days, one week after they tell me I need waiting 30-60 days. Today they tell me I need waiting 60-90 days !!!! They stolen my money after my cancellation!!!!

A bed, sofa and tv does not make this place luxurious. Far from it! Pictures Use lighting techniques to make apartment look modern and sleek. The reality is that this place is worn, in need of serious renovations and does not offer any luxury at all. Noisy and worn curtains let’s light in at night making for a restless night. Kitchen has old stove. No housekeeping. Sofa was worn and stain. Customer service is spotty and will not refund your money. I was told previous guests had no problem with place so why should I? Please DO NOT STAY HERE! Pay a little extra to stay at a local hotel or another location. Don’t be disappointed like I was. Please stay away for your own good. Would give zero stars if I could.

this was the worst vacation experience of my life. The bed was dirty with hair and stains from the previous guests. There was layers of dust all over everything. Looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned in years. When I complained to management all they would refund me was a cleaning fee. The place was so disgusting that we had to go to another hotel and with all the pictures of proof that we sent, management would not refund our money. This was supposed to be a nice vacation for my family ( which includes 4 kids). I don’t know how they think this is acceptable!!!! Their customer service is by far the worst!!! I do not recommend this place!!!

Avevamo prenotato in questo appartamento ma per un problema di carta di credito hanno cancellato la prenotazione il giorno stesso che siamo arrivati nonostante avessimo già dato un'altra carta di credito. Tutto ciò l'abbiamo scoperto una volta arrivati lì, insieme ad un'altra coppia che cercava invano il civico. Non c'è una reception ma bensì un numero verde che mi ha messo in attesa 20 minuti prima di rispondermi. Non posso valutare la struttura internamente ma a livello di organizzazione e a livello di struttura esterna lo valuto negativamente. Esternamente è un palazzo con dei civici.

The hotel gave me the wrong combination to the lock box. I arrived after hours but called before the office closed. They assured me everything will be fine with the provided code to the lock box that contain the key. My wife and I was contacting the booking agent and the hotel will no answer. We were forced to book another hotel. They did not give me a refund even though their employees made the mistake. Worst customer's service ever. Admit fault when you screwed up. I am not going to sit idlely while they half a$$. Fess up to your mistakes and give me my money back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This place is terrible it had a bad odor I saw 2 dead roaches on the floor. I could not stay due to the suites condition. And after 2 minutes I packed my bags got into the car and called customer service to complain they refused to listen to me and just kept saying that I’m the the first person to complain, which I now know based on the reviews is BS. They refused to refund me causing me to lose a lot of money.

Save yourself the trouble and hassle do not book this place. Twice I reached out to them stating I would be arriving at 5 am and was just told that I would receive my check in info at midnight of the day of my expected arrival. At no point did they ever say to me I wouldn't be able to check in. They left me stranded with no where to stay. They claimed they try to accommodate me but they did not, they only said they would try to find me a room. At that point we made other accommodations for ourselves because we no longer wanted to stand outside of this establishment after being up from the prior day traveling. These people use deceptive tactics and are unprofessional. All they do is give you a run around. They take your money and when a problem arises they don't care. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

I booked a room online. Went all the way there and they told me they had no availability. (Why the hell would it let me book if there was no availability) I even showed them the confirmation number and email for my reservation. After I showed them the reservation they told me they could accommodate me because someone just cancelled but then took it back after 5 minutes. Nicholas is very unprofessional.
