Ordered at 4pm with the arrival time between 4:50-5pm. Got a text at 4:49pm saying the restaurant cancelled my order with no explanation. I timed this order with the sunset and I am now out of dinner. I was really excited to try this place and got no sympathy from the restaurant or any explanation so thanks

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Not because of the food but because of the horrific customer experience. I placed a big order and simply called about an undercooked pizza(which we asked for well done) When I called to see what we could do, I was met with a raise of voice and being told to "listen that this is what's happening" at this point I proceeded to just ask to speak to a manager. We were told to send pictures and we did. After about 10 minutes we receive a text intended FOR the manager to us. Let's just say it was a bit different than what happened. We responded asking to please be given the phone number to a manager and still have not heard back. It has been almost an hour and when we call our calls are being ignored. It is not only unacceptable but despicable behavior presented over the phone that will definitely lose this customer. Telling someone to drive back 35 minutes isn't an option for most. It can't be a this or nothing situation. Save your money. Sad experience.

My food came Earlier than I was told.. AND IT WAS AMAZING!! My pizza was soooo fresh, my wings were sooo hot, and my Pop was soooo cold!! I’m extremely satisfied. First impression was the best impression. I can sleep in peace.
