I recently dined at the restaurant and, overall, had an exceptional experience. The culinary execution was superb—each dish was prepared with finesse, and the service throughout the evening was warm, attentive, and genuinely polished. First, the lobby's ambient fragrance was overwhelmingly strong—so intense that it bordered on unpleasant and almost felt harsh to breathe in. A more restrained approach would better complement the refined atmosphere. Secondly, the pacing and sequencing of the meal felt disorganized. Entrées arrived prematurely while several tapas-style appetizers appeared much later, resulting in a somewhat chaotic table and leaving me unsure of the intended progression of the dining experience. A clearer sense of course structure and coordination between the kitchen and service would greatly elevate the overall flow. Despite these critiques, the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff made for a memorable evening. With a few thoughtful adjustments, this restaurant has the potential to deliver an impeccably cohesive fine-dining experience.

I went for a birthday dinner with 3 other friends. Initially we were seated very quickly and were asked for our drink order. However the wait for the drinks was 20+ minutes. The service we received was absolutely horrendous. Our waiter kept disappearing... the food came out at the completely wrong times and temperatures. Our steaks were cold and rare. We ordered food that we did not receive and thus had to ask for it to be removed from the bill. If that wasn't already slap in the face the bill was $1,000... this place is outrageously over priced. This was not my first time dining at Mila's but it certainly will be my last time.

Food was good as always, our server was super chill and nice we liked these parts. But the wait time was pretty bad, over an hour to be fully served. Maybe they were just super busy, but I was surprised usually they're pretty good.

We had a great experience at Mila. The food, service and ambience was par excellence. Each dish we ordered was so perfectly cooked and presented. The food was spaced out without rushing us thru the food and drinks. The servers were very attentive and friendly. This was our second time back to this place and would return again when we visit Miami next time.

We really enjoyed our time at Mila. The servers were very attentive and knowledgeable of menu items. The food was very good- we really like the chefs choice of sashimi platter for two.

The place is very cute but not worth the hype. Our sushi was delicious and would go back for that. Our other dishes were good but didn't send us home raving about them. They just missed the mark especially for the cost and hype. Noise level was loud- hard to hear wait staff and my guests. Ambiance is spot on.

Although the entrées and sides were ordered together, the entrées arrived first and the sides (mushrooms and potatoes) didn’t come out until about 20 minutes later—after the entrées were already finished.
We were also seated next to the kitchen, where there was constant foot traffic from runners. This led to being bumped into, having shoes stepped on, and even getting hit in the head, which made the seating uncomfortable and disruptive.
