I’ll start with the positives, the cilantro jalapeño dressing was delicious and the tofu was great. However, for what I paid the quality of food was not there. For $30 I got an ok salad with a decent green juice

Has the potential to be great but needs more staff. Waited about 30 minutes for a peanut butter shake when there were only a few customers in front of me. They should think about adding a refrigerator with custom to go nut milks (pre-packaged) and in different flavors!

Delicious salads, had the kale with peanut dressing and a baby greens with 4 toppings and avocado. 2 smoothies their almond butter one and a fruits smoothie. The almond butter one tasted way too much like banana which overpowered the other flavors. Overall a good meal although a bit pricey 2 medium salads and 2 smoothies $46!

ROACHES: I visited the Aventura location for the first time nearly two weeks ago. I had a wonderful experience. The store manager actually waited for my arrival as I crawled my way through Miami traffic. I purchased the Cashew 32 oz Coconut Milk, 16 oz Almond Milk with the .50 cent cocoa upcharge and a chocolate, peanut butter smoothie. By reading the reviews and quick scan of the menu, you can tell I spent A LOT of money for a first time buy. At my request the manager packed my items in ice for them to arrive cool in consideration of the return trip ahead of me. The manager told me I should visit the 41st location as it would be closer to me despite their website saying that location was closed.

Friendly staff with a warm family environment!!! Plenty of healthy delicious options!! I didn’t even know it was all vegan till after i ordered!!! The vegan ice cream ( which I didn’t even know was a thing) was amazing!!
Delicious salads, ice creams and ice pops. We had John preparing our food and he was very nice and helpful. My kids were not particularly interested in the food although but they did like the smoothies and vegan ice creams.

I recently began working in the area, and I was really excited to have this place within walking distance for my lunch breaks. I had been in once before for a quick ginger shot and it was fine. Today I went to grab lunch and the male staff member was extremely rude. A woman and her young child were trying to use the bathroom but the toilet was clogged. She asked if someone could help since her kid really had to go to the bathroom. He started yelling at her that he could fix it later, but that he didn't have time to unclog it. I've worked my fair share of customer service jobs and have dealt with plenty of rude customers - the woman was NOT like that, and his reaction was just uncalled for. The two women working were nice enough, and the food was good. Not sure how they can stand to work with that guy though. I won't be back, which is too bad since I would have been there regularly.

I had a delicious vegan mushroom soup and a peanut butter and jelly shake. I think the shake is a little expensive but it was a great experience overall.

I have never experienced such horrible, disgusting service in my entire life. After getting my shake order wrong, the man waiting on me told me it was my fault and that he made the order I told him, which he did not. In fact I specifically asked him the ingredients before I ordered it, and never did he say there was peanut butter in it or I would not have ordered it. And yet, he gave me a peanut butter shake when I asked for a chocolate shake. Again I said that this was not
