They don’t tell you about the gratuity added automatically. They ask you for 15% or more on the computer prompt and I had to ask for my printed receipt to find out I already paid a service charge. The service and Boba isn’t even that good.

The place is really comfy, and I loved the boba tea! Our server was Melanie, and she was the sweetest and attentive, and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The bubble tea here is AMAZING! 🤩 so delicious. I ordered the Taro on DoorDash and you can pick from a large variety of boba flavors!

I am a fan of the Japanese Cheesecake but have been turned off by the 15% automatic gratuity. I went in to the counter to purchase the cake to go. Unfortunately, the employee did not speak english so she couldn't answer my questions about the cake. She also didn't understand my question about the total cost. I noticed it was a very high total with tax included. Higher than normal. She couldn't explain. I proceeded to check out and once the receipt was printed I could see the 15% service charge. How can you charge a service charge when the employee cant even speak to you and answer questions? I wasn't sitting and ordering anything. I walked to counter, pointed to the cake and was ready to check out. It's really disappointing that the owner has decided to add this exorbitant fee to the bill. You're hardly a restaurant. People come in, order drinks or deserts, mainly at the counter. You should pay your employees properly and not rely on service charges for their salary. Especially when there is hardly any service being given. And theres a tip jar on the counter! Disappointed.

Dishonest establishment…

I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years and have seen this place change a lot. It started as a great boba tea lounge with Japanese cheesecakes, but now it’s more of a random pastry shop selling whatever the owner brings to the shop to sell. I miss the original vibe, but I kept coming back.

Lately, though, the boba teas have been hit or miss, it really depends on who makes them. At this point, they’re just not worth the price.

What really bothered me today was seeing an automatic gratuity added to my receipt and the staff didn’t mention it. The girl serving me didn’t let me know about it, so I ended up leaving an extra tip on top of that without realizing. When I asked her about it, she said she didn’t know when the policy started and that the automatic tip doesn’t go to her, just the extra tip does. So either the owner is stealing from the staff, or she’s is lying to get extra tips. Either way, it didn’t seem right.

I’ve stuck with this place through all its changes, but the lack of honesty and transparency is a deal-breaker for me. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

I will definitely not buy mediocre boba tea that comes with automatic gratuity.. SORRY!!

I’m gonna start by saying this is absolutely my favorite place right now. I’ve been coming here since it opened, they are so always welcome and nice, but let’s talk about the flavors. I have tried bubble teas from many other places all over Miami and nothing compares to the flavor you can get here. I order myself twice or three times a week not to mention my daughter is obsessed about them too. This is in my neighborhood and I couldn’t be more happy about that. They also have many other things to offer so please check it out😍

Uber eats order cancelled because they “ran out” of the combo items which is literally just bubble tea and cheesecake, which are the main things they sell here???????

The cashier we saw today was very sweet and drew a hello kitty on my little sibling's cup! We're definitely returning again especially with the happy hour they have posted! It's a nice quiet atmosphere to relax in. Definitely recommend trying it out if you're in the area.

I got the brown sugar milk tea and it tasted like straight milk. Just whole milk and boba with brown sugar syrup. The taro milk tea my boyfriend got tasted like matcha for some reason and was warm. I asked for a large and they gave me a medium, so I had to ask for it to be fixed. The cake is good but nothing I got justified the price point. The girl working was giggling and messing around with her friends the whole time. I will not be returning.
