If you sell 40 in Taiwan, the return rate will be very high. If you sell 60, it will not last long.

The worker girl was so cute and helpful, but toffee black tea+boba (left) was tasting like water. She was happy to swap it but she asked the manager and he said “no, taste, ingredients are all good” we said ok. But even though we were sitting there for a while he didn’t even ask what’s wrong, or our opinion, no communication. Maybe he was shy but I trust the communication between customers are important.

(Old review)Great tea, boba, and great costumer service. This is one of the very few places in miami where i feel welcomed. The staff is very kind, professional, and well knowledged of their menu. I am a bubble tea Junkie. I travel a lot and make it my business to taste Bubble Tea in every city and I got to say, that this is one of the best, if not the best boba teas I have tasted yet. It's obvious that they use quality ingredients in everything. The price is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place.
