Viva La Pasta in Miami Beach has quickly become one of our favorite spots. We truly enjoy their products — everything they make is fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with a lot of care.
Their lasagna is magnificent. It has plenty of meat, ricotta, and whatever other cheeses they use… it’s phenomenal. Last time we tried the tortellinis, and they were also extremely good. Their sauces, flavors, and overall quality are just amazing.
I also want to highlight the great customer service. The lady who helped us at checkout took the time to recommend the perfect sauce for our tortellinis based on what we like. It made the experience even better.
If I could suggest one thing, it would be to include basic cooking instructions with the products. It would really help people know how to properly prepare such fresh, homemade items. For example, we bought some empanadas that we had tried before and loved. We froze them, but we mistakenly put them straight into the oven without thawing them first. Because of that, the mozzarella leaked out — totally our fault, but a little reminder to thaw before baking would help customers like me avoid mistakes and fully enjoy the product.
Everything else was perfect. We’ve had a very positive experience, and we’re happy we discovered this place. We will definitely continue to visit and support their business. Thank you for providing such wonderful food!

We were visiting the Miami area from Tennessee and happened upon the shop. It was closed at the time but so intriguing thru the window that we came back the next day. The owner and his staff were so friendly and helpful. We purchased mushroom ravioli with a carbonara sauce to serve it with as well as a small lasagna. The best food we had all week!!!! We even canceled our reservations for that night to stay in and cook that amazing pasta. Would highly recommend. Much better food for a much better price than going out. They have everything you need, including wine and dessert.

Spinach lasagna was great tasting. Dont follow instructions of staff for cooking it. We were told that lasagna will take only 20 minutes at 400• degrees from frozen. We asked twice to confirm that in only 20min will be ready from frozen. It took over 90 minutes and it was still cold in the center. I ended up using the microwave. Otherwise very tasty!

First time, for a while I wanted some homemade pasta from the factory like in Argentina and without knowing they existed, I searched and they appeared on the map and super close to my house. The pastas are very delicious and the bolognese is very delicious! Very good attention, friendly and good vibes. Thank you! 🥰❤️

Just came in to pick up some freshly made pasta for the first time. The lady with dark short hair assisted us and showed us all of the products. She was very helpful! We bought freshly made fettuccine, frozen gnocchis, beef empanadas, Milanesa & vodka sauce. The price of everything was very affordable and wayyyyy better than store bought! Just had the fettuccine with the vodka sauce and we are blown away! Will definitely be coming here for our pasta from now on! Looking forward to trying all of the other items we bought & we will definitely be back & will recommend them to friends & family! Thank you guys for quality food!

Been meaning to buy fresh pasta from this hidden gem of an establishment for several years. Finally stopped in yesterday with my kids for some fresh Linguine and it was amazing! Much tastier than anything you can buy in a grocery store. Reasonably priced and great service. We will be back to try everything else!

I just bought gnocchi to eat today (the 29th) & I’m honestly super disappointed. No matter how long I cook them for they have a really strong taste of uncooked dough even after drenching them in sauce and cheese. & I looooove a good plate of gnocchi but my family & I did not enjoy them. ?
