We were visiting the Miami area from Tennessee and happened upon the shop. It was closed at the time but so intriguing thru the window that we came back the next day. The owner and his staff were so friendly and helpful. We purchased mushroom ravioli with a carbonara sauce to serve it with as well as a small lasagna. The best food we had all week!!!! We even canceled our reservations for that night to stay in and cook that amazing pasta. Would highly recommend. Much better...
Spinach lasagna was great tasting. Dont follow instructions of staff for cooking it. We were told that lasagna will take only 20 minutes at 400• degrees from frozen. We asked twice to confirm that in only 20min will be ready from frozen. It took over 90 minutes and it was still cold in the center. I ended up using the microwave. Otherwise very tasty!
First time, for a while I wanted some homemade pasta from the factory like in Argentina and without knowing they existed, I searched and they appeared on the map and super close to my house. The pastas are very delicious and the bolognese is very delicious! Very good attention, friendly and good vibes. Thank you! 🥰❤️
