Oceanside Hotel + Suites

I am writing this review to say how wonderful the Customer Service is for this Hotel. Angel went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this hotel and thank you Angel for being so kind and helpful!!!

Tell your representatives to stop getting an attitude when someone asks them a question. If they hate their job, tell them to find another one. Fire whoever was answering phones at 3pm on Thursday June 12th. She’s rude for no reason. Then when I asked the rude girl for a manager she claimed they didn’t have one on duty nor do they have someone you can speak with at reservations. Please hire kinder people.

I visited this hotel for 3 days, I want ready for Loud Ac in room, rude slowly reception personal ( especially woman with name Angel), no umbrellas in room and even if you ask it from reception coz it’s heavy rain outside they will tell you they don’t have it. You have to keep Room key out of other bank cards phone or same room cards, otherwise it won’t open your door so you hav eto go back to reception for new key. Pool side is closed so you you probably will need to walk 10 mins away to other property ( coz no buggy service too). In general I won’t advice to stay here coz I didn’t have a good EXPIRIANCE here.

This TRASH DUMP of a hotel refused to cancel a fraudulent reservation long before the scheduled date of arrival. I would NEVER stay here on purpose. Also I read there is no working elevator on the premises and it smells like sewage.

Rooms: Rooms are clean, smells good and bed is comfy! Also their hygienic shampoo, body wash and conditioner are great. Lol

I would like to give Kudos to Angel, she is the Absolute Best! Very Friendly And Helpful, Gave Very Detailed Information And Made Sure We Understood Them. Just So Polite And She Has An Amazing Smile And Personality Which Makes Our Stay Our Stay Here Even More Pleasurable. We Will Be Back, And Because Of Her, We Will Recommend Our Family And Friends To Stay Here When They Are In The Area.

Rooms: The rooms was romantic in me and my spouse opinion, there wasn’t a microwave in it, which made things a little difficult, because we would have to go downstairs to warm up our food and to get ice, there wasn’t an ice machine on our floor, but other than that, we love the room.

Nearby activities: The beach is literally across the street which we enjoy. Starbucks was next door and I love me some Starbucks ?

Walkability: We were able to walk to the beach, store, and to eat, which was nice and we was able to enjoy nice romantic walks on the beach.

Food and drinks: The food here was very good and the price was not bad either, it was affordable.
