Over all we like this place. Met “ some “ friendly staff. Some of the waitresses by the pool seemed a bit rude. One pool guy was amazing for us with towels and helping us. Also having a nice chat. Sadly can’t remember his name. Great location, and would come again.

I had lunch by the pool and I I the worst Quesadilla of my life and I paid $25.00!!! The chef put can Parmesan on top and got so salty the meat felt was microwaved not grilled, I am very disappointed to the management how to allow a menu so bad in a beautiful and expensive hotel !!! Shame on you !!!

I enjoyed everything at the Nautlius, and the cabana club was everything you could hope for. Tucked in the back of the hotel, this beautiful bar and eating area with a view of the pool was a great place to unwind at night for a drink. Me and my wife enjoyed our time at the Cabana Club. They do have breakfast lunch and dinner.

Christian was a great bartender. But Edwin was my favorite! He was so kind and he was so helpful. He taught us a lot about different alcohols, and he made special cocktails for us to try.
