Always the perfect coffee, have my mocha there regularly, most delicious in Miami. Exceptional, friendly fast service. All the staff is delightful Dabra, Elie, Felie, Patrizia anyone else I forgot to mention. Lovely cafe in the 1 hotel and the new coffee stamp is beautiful!

Severe food poisoning from a smoothie — the only thing I ate in the 24 hours prior. About 45 minutes after drinking it, I was completely incapacitated for 12 hours, and I’m still feeling nauseous two days later. Likely culprit was either the whole milk, peanut butter, or protein powder. Awful experience.
Terrible coffee, always burnt, feels like they use really cheap coffee beans. Food is OK

The pop tart was pretty good. Cookie was a but chewy
Good choice for breakfast pantry and coffee ,aesthetics around BUT Elie woman who’s making coffee all three days was with an extremely dissatisfied face, in my opinion she has severe pain in her body, but it’s not pleasant at 9-10 am in the morning when they make you expensive coffee with such a face(((
*yogurt with chia seeds super good 👍🏻

So confused by the lower rating. This has to be my favorite coffee shop ever. Have been coming here for years when visiting miami and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff here truly is what makes it for me. They are all so kind! Ferlie and Ellie specifically! Yes it can be pricey (welcome to south beach!), but the coffee matches the prices IMO. Fresh, delicious, and the friendliest staff. The overnight oats are also delicious.

I'm not sure why it's not ranked higher. Great selection of snacks, smoothies, coffee, and pastries. Service is very good and everything was fresh and yummy. Strong hot coffee.

Everything is perfect except the coffee tastes like mold
If they will change the coffee with a less bitter one will be the most perfect coffee shop
Also opens very early at 6 I think

We had a wonderful time last week here, thanks to Smirnoff Ice for the win! Would also like to give a shout out to Ali, one of the bell persons! She was so sweet, helpful and remembered my name every time she saw me. Great people work here :)
If you’re staying at the hotel or living in the surrounding areas, this is the perfect place for a coffee and a quick snack.
The staff is amazingly friendly (Patty will always greet you with a large smile) and you can find almost everything to pair with your favorite coffee!
You can seat on the couches outside the hotel and people watch while savoring your coffee!
It’s a 10 out of 10

As previous review rent about, everything at the hotel is overpriced. What do you expect at a 5 start hotel. That being said we went twice during our stay. We ordered plain latte's with milk. They were reasonably priced and tasted great. Much better then Starbucks because they get their beans from a micro roastery from New York state. The latte's did not have that muddy bitter aftertaste found at coffee shops like Starbucks that use low quality beans.
As for the employee's. If you show a little genuine personal interest you get great service and a pleasant experience. Great overall experience.

We went there twice. The first time, we were a bit shocked at the prices, a croissant costing 7 USD. But they were really good. When we came back two days later, it was 7am and they didn‘t have anything on display. The lady said that they had chocolate croissants in the back, so we bought some for the entire family. They turned out to be dry and off. So they sold us croissants from the previous day at full (and high) price. Outrageous.
