Unfortunately this a horrible, expensive, unpleasant place.
Workers think you work for them, they act like they are doing you a favor.
How on earth a coffee shop inside a hotel has such a terrible rating from guests and neighbors?
Because it’s BAD.

Maybe I should have listened to the reviews 😭 paid $21 for an açaí bowl that was half full and $8 for a match that was less than warm. Hopefully this review reaches the right people who can make future experiences better.

I came here when it first opened and the coffee was great, but they’ve started using fewer beans so the brewed coffee is very watered down now. It’s terrible. They probably stop using the right amount of beans to save money which is ridiculous bc the coffee is $7. Won’t be back.

⚠️ Extremely Disappointed with One Hotel Miami ⚠️ I stayed at One Hotel Miami (Sept 30 – Oct 3, 2024) and what should’ve been a relaxing trip turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a “luxury” hotel. On the night of October 2nd, at around 5:00 AM, my wife and I were woken up by loud vacuums and equipment. Later, I found out that two rooms had flooded, and the noise from the cleanup made it impossible to sleep. As bad as that was, the real issue came the next morning. My work bag, which had been zipped and left on the counter the entire stay, was unzipped and gone through. Inside the bag was an envelope with $2,000 in cash — and $1,050 was stolen. The envelope was left inside the bag, but the cash was gone. I reported it immediately to hotel security. After their so-called “investigation,” they told me they couldn’t find any evidence that anyone took it. I later spoke with the director, Arya Sadeghi, who completely dismissed me and said we were “going around and around.” It felt like they didn’t care at all about what happened. Between being kept awake by a flood cleanup at 5 AM and having over $1,000 stolen from my room with zero accountability, I can honestly say this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering staying at One Hotel Miami, think twice. Their idea of “five-star service” clearly doesn’t include guest security or basic respect. #OneHotelMiami #1Hotels #CustomerServiceFail #HotelTheft #DoBetter #DisappointedGuest

Always the perfect coffee, have my mocha there regularly, most delicious in Miami. Exceptional, friendly fast service. All the staff is delightful Dabra, Elie, Felie, Patrizia anyone else I forgot to mention. Lovely cafe in the 1 hotel and the new coffee stamp is beautiful!

Severe food poisoning from a smoothie — the only thing I ate in the 24 hours prior. About 45 minutes after drinking it, I was completely incapacitated for 12 hours, and I’m still feeling nauseous two days later. Likely culprit was either the whole milk, peanut butter, or protein powder. Awful experience.

Terrible coffee, always burnt, feels like they use really cheap coffee beans. Food is OK

Good choice for breakfast pantry and coffee ,aesthetics around BUT Elie woman who’s making coffee all three days was with an extremely dissatisfied face, in my opinion she has severe pain in her body, but it’s not pleasant at 9-10 am in the morning when they make you expensive coffee with such a face(((

*yogurt with chia seeds super good 👍🏻

So confused by the lower rating. This has to be my favorite coffee shop ever. Have been coming here for years when visiting miami and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff here truly is what makes it for me. They are all so kind! Ferlie and Ellie specifically! Yes it can be pricey (welcome to south beach!), but the coffee matches the prices IMO. Fresh, delicious, and the friendliest staff. The overnight oats are also delicious.

I'm not sure why it's not ranked higher. Great selection of snacks, smoothies, coffee, and pastries. Service is very good and everything was fresh and yummy. Strong hot coffee.

Everything is perfect except the coffee tastes like mold
If they will change the coffee with a less bitter one will be the most perfect coffee shop
Also opens very early at 6 I think

We had a wonderful time last week here, thanks to Smirnoff Ice for the win! Would also like to give a shout out to Ali, one of the bell persons! She was so sweet, helpful and remembered my name every time she saw me. Great people work here :)
