On Wednesday afternoon I went to visit the store with some friends and the impression we got was that there was only elegance on the shelves, because the customer service was non-existent. Christopher, who is the person at the entrance who I would understand as a host, has an obnoxious, repulsive, unfriendly and totally anti-commercial attitude; the same with the barista. There is no welcome protocol or common sense that makes visitors feel comfortable; additionally, I consider it important that being in a tourist area there is a Spanish-speaking person so that they can effectively guide visitors who do not speak English. The place is very nice, the quality of the coffee is 8/10 but the customer service is 1/10. Clearly there are better options in the area.

I visited this store with the intention of enjoying good coffee, but the experience was disappointing. From the moment we entered, Christopher, the gentleman at the entrance, greeted us with an unpleasant attitude. He looked us up and down without the slightest kindness, did not respond to our greeting and looked at us with disdain. This was the impression that both I and my group of friends got, who decided not to buy in this store due to this treatment.

A visit to a store should be a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Furthermore, the girl making the coffee showed the same lack of attention and courtesy as Christopher.

I hope the store takes steps to improve their customer service.

Stay away from that location. Ellie will give you the worst customer service ever and the manager won't do anything about it.

We walked in with a BIG SMILE and EXCITED to purchase our fave coffee from NESPRESSO as always. Ellie Was RUDE with BIG ATTITUDE at the reception, We asked if they’re featuring any new profile flavors, Ellie, responded with ignorance that they don’t have anything at this moment to taste or acknowledge us about. So, we moved to the next sales person to purchase our usual coffee, he assisted and recommended us a new profile flavors and offered us a taste, at least he made up for the worst customer service that we got from Ellie. We requested to speak to the store manager Monica came, addressed the issue of what happened to her.

Tia is an amazing representative for the brand. I got my account setup quickly and left the store with some goodies in hand. Nespresso is a quality product we will be buying frequently so it was very good that she showed me how to clean my machine and educated me on the numerous product offerings from coffee, lattes, or espresso style drinks. Glad to have found my new favorite espresso drink!

I tried all of their coffees. All of them are stale and tasteless. It seems UNHEALTHY to drink coffee through aluminum foils but I only realized after purchasing their overpriced machines. Will never fall for this scam again. SAVE YOURSELF.

I recently visited the Nespresso Boutique on Lincoln Road in South Beach, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I have visited over 10 Nespresso locations around the world and usually go to the Aventura store, where I’ve always had a pleasant experience. However, my visit to this location on Sunday, April 21, at 4:53 p.m., was unlike any other.The staff member who processed my order was arrogant, pretentious, and cold. After my purchase, I asked for a sample, but instead of helping me, he called someone else to assist. The second person informed me that they were only offering samples to drink in-store. I wasn’t interested in sampling anything at the moment since I’d already had my after-lunch coffee, so I thanked them, got my capsules, and left. The store was nearly empty, with just one other customer in the back, so it’s not like they were too busy to help.The entire experience felt unwelcoming, and the staff seemed indifferent to providing good customer service. I expected more from Nespresso, given my previous experiences at other locations. This interaction was a stark contrast to what I’ve come to expect from the brand, and I don’t think I’ll be visiting this particular location again.I hope Nespresso looks into this and improves the customer service at this store. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and my experience here was far from satisfactory.

The best coffee all around but a special thank you to Rafael who always helps me and recommends the best machines, taught me how to maintain my machine, recommends the best pods and always provides exceptional costumer service when I come in. It’s always a shopping experience I look forward to. Truly an experience because you get to sample their newest flavors when you shop too ☺️

Very disappointed in what the store has devolved to. They no longer offer tastings of various coffees just one. Also staff is pretentious and cold. Nespresso is ok convenient coffee nothing special. Don’t think I will continue patronize this store.

Half of the photos are not of this location. Very misleading when you're not familiar with the location. Can't do a tasting without demoing Nespresso machines, which isn't advertised.
