The drinks and coffee are fantastic, showing a real commitment to quality. We visited three times in one week, and each experience was amazing. A special shout-out to our incredible servers Elmer, Roberto, and Hugo – all three were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and truly service-oriented. They made us feel welcome every single time. We visited SoBe this weekend from San Diego. We ended up going to News Cafe twice during our stay. Juan made quite the amazing impression. He’s friendly, funny, professional, and efficient. We will for sure return next trip. Great quality food. Thank you! Great customer service is hard to find these days.

We ate here a week ago our first to Miami for ten years we used to visit here regularly. A large beer, small coke and a cuban sandwich with linguine Alfredo was 90 dollars. No offers what a mistake going back here, the rest of the week we ate at other places on Ocean Drive which were 40 percent cheaper. Ridiculous. We won’t be going back.

Everything about the location and people and food was amazing! The staff was all so kind. Our server was Juan, and he was absolutely fabulous! Cannot recommend this place enough! We went twice in one visit and plan to come back again when we're in Miami!

The News Cafe is astounding! It's placement is great for people watching, car spotting, and just watching the sky. A+ location. The food is also fantastic! Makes me wish I had a bigger stomach. We were served by Juan and he did a perfect job making us feel welcome and like family. Service here is truly great. We waited no time at all to be seated and we're approached at perfect timing for our orders. This place is worth every penny!

Great and friendly service by Kosara. This place is relaxing and has great food. One unfortunate thing is the standard 20% gratuity (almost all have it) which kills the purpose of a well earned tip. At this place they deserved it but anyways, I don't like the choice being made upfront.

Not cheap at this historic Ocean Drive Miami cafe, but with fantastic service, excellent Ocean Drive views and top quality food, coffee and breakfasts, this was worth the cost. I recommend the Granola bowl or big breakfast, all very tasty. The balcony outdoors seats are most pleasant. Relaxing. We will be back.

Nice cafe located on Ocean Drive, once frequented by the late Gianni Versace. I went for breakfast one morning. I had the mimosa, a black americano and "Lox" & Bagels. It was nice but parts of the smoked salmon were discoloured, gray, and I wasn't sure how safe it was to eat. I only ate a little of the smoked salmon that was not discoloured. I think for what you pay, the smoked salmon could be better quality. Otherwise, I enjoyed my breakfast. Nice atmosphere. Relaxing. Friendly staff and good service.

News Cafe Team, Following our recent Transatlantic cruise with Royal Caribbean we visited your cafe drawn in by its appealing appearance, compared to other nearby options. Unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations and I felt it was important to share this feedback with you. From the outset we were met with impatience from a male waiter who seemed rushed and dismissive when taking our order. The coffee he brought out had visible dry coffee stains and when I requested a clean one I was given a paper cup instead - hardly a suitable replacement in a sitdown establishment. The tomato soup served was lukewarm which affected the cream cheese which had been added to it. It remained stodgy, lumpy and grainy. Additionally the small bowl containing the cream for the pancakes was dirty. When we pointed this out and asked for a replacement, the waiter returned after a significant delay and denied that the original one had been dirty. The manager who came to speak to us was passive in her approach whilst she offered to deduct the coffee the cream and one of the soups from the bill as she felt (we) had a problem with it and therefore taking no ownership. This wasn’t the resolution we were seeking. We simply wanted hot soup, a clean coffee cup And cream served in a clean bowl. It wasn’t about the cost it was about standards and expectations. It was also about the overall experience, which felt careless and unwelcoming. When the manager bought the bill and saw the cash in our wallet which was in both British and American dollars and pounds she expressed a more sincere apology which felt somewhat reactive rather than genuine. Due to this experience we chose to avoid the café for the remainder of our stay Cleanliness service and food quality were all below standard in our view. We would never return to this cafe
