This was my first time visiting Nikki Beach in Miami with my partner and I must say the service and attitude displayed by Jerome T was abysmal. Firstly, Nikki beach seems to be the only place in the world that does not accept Apple Pay or any form of electronic payment, this is not listed anywhere on their website or on open table where the reservation was booked. To arrive and be seated and immediately asked for a card before being able to eat anything was quite unsettling. Jerome T seemed to have a very forceful approach, I understand he must be desperate for tips but this came off rather strong, one of us actually had to go back to the hotel to retrieve a physical card and then come back to the restaurant, we only had 2 hours on the table. Jerome T said that if we “looked after” him he would see what he could do about the time. As i chose to stick with water only, he suddenly decided to reduce the 2 hour time slot after my partner went all the way back to the hotel to get a debit card. Continuously saying “you have 15 mins left” perhaps as we weren't buying many drinks. The brunch itself is not cheap however it seems if you aren't buying champagne as he tried to force us to do as soon as we sat down, they aren't interested. Overall the place was ok but the experience was a real let down. Jerome T is a really pushy guy, tries to force drinks down your throat to rack up your bill and will reduce your time slot if you do not comply. I was not having it and decided he was not deserving of a tip. Please AVOID.

Nikki Beach is soo much fun! The dj comes around 1pm and it turns into a super fun dance party! The beach is public access and it's not expensive to rent a day bed with towels if you're with a group. The food was also amazing and the servers were awesome and so much fun!

There was no option for alacart menu. Forced to take the buffet which costed each person $80. That was all okay for pretty mediocre food. No free drinks or cocktails. For a 7 people bill of $560, $350 was just resort and 20% service fee. This is just for sitting at a table with sun hitting your face and nothing else. Not worth the time and money. So way If I have an option , I will give it half a star

The place is very good, they have open and private spaces, the music is good, the service is fast, there is a good variety of drinks and food, but the food is not the best thing about the place. Without a doubt I would go again.

Super high end beach club in south beach. It was a good afternoon. Dj plays amazing Ibiza chill music throughout the day. The beach is also attached to the south beach of Miami Beach. Coconut was really good too!

The vibes at Nikki Beach were amazing – from the ambiance to the music, everything was on point. The entire staff provided top-notch customer service, making us feel welcomed and well cared for.
