Susi was great. I recommend this restaurant for high end Susi place. King crab and caramilized black cord was a little too on the sweeter side for us. Sake was smooth and maintained temperature. The service was ok. Atmosphere were crowded and very loud. I like to eenjoy susi in a softer environment. So that's maybe just me. Also they are very popular chain. Loud atmosphere could be from the crowd reason. Which affected the service may be. They try hard to please everyone. Will comeback for susi again. Thank you.

This was a very strange dining experience.We left feeling AWFUL as a result of the service and atmosphere. It truly felt like our waitress was “sizing up” who was going to spend $160 on the steak on a rock, and if that wasn’t you, then you got no attention or service. It was like we were not worthy of their time.No one asked how things were going, no one asked if we wanted a second drink, etc. Plates of food were almost slammed on our table with not much care.We watched as the wait staff attended to other tables, refilling glasses and sparking conversations, which we did not receive.When we made the reservation we were called and told we would have to be out in 2 hours for the next table. But it took over two hours for all of our food to be brought out and we waited for thirty minutes before receiving our bill- with no food or drinks left in front of us.It might have been the service and atmosphere that impacted this, but I also found the food to just be okay. Like I don’t cook, but I could probably make the lobster ceviche. And for that price…. Hm…As New Yorkers, this is definitely not the service we are used. We will definitely NOT be trying the New York or any other location.

Zeus's grounded, attentive service made our evening not just about fine dining but about feeling right at home amidst the culinary artistry of Nobu.If I had seen the head Chef or manager on the way out, I would have liked to thank them directly for such a nice night. I feel the food was excellent.The restaurant offered superb service. I also enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. It made me feel at home. My favorite part was the JAPANESE!!! Wagyu. It was served hot stone style in a way that was unique and truly out of this world.
$40 plates with the size of appetizers… overpriced, not worth.

Beyond that, however, was th service from Adrian who made the most wonderful recommendations and created such an amazing atmosphere. We hat an incredible asset. We frequent fine dining and this was leaps and bounds beyond the rest.
