I do Uber Eats. I arrive at the store and find the employee sitting down eating and relaxing. I’m then told that she will start making the order I’m there to pick up. So the employee was basically doing nothing and made me wait for her to make the customers order. This isn’t how things work. When you get an order you make it. I don’t get paid enough doing Uber Eats to sit around for 15 minutes while you build açaí bowls

Love this healthy alternative to ice cream. I could have this everyday! I love it and its so easy to customize. The staff is super friendly and nice. I order delivery sometimes and its always fast with no spills. Love the new toasted coconut flakes.

Walked in today Saturday 1/10/26 at 7:19pm and was greeted with “Ah la concha de tu madre” by this man. Which translates to “Ah your mother’s private area” which some people say in Spanish when something is a bother to them. Meaning me just walking in was a bother to this man in the picture. He eventually walks to the register and just stares at me instead of asking me what would I like to order. I greeted him with “Hi, how are you?” And the blank stare continues. I ordered an açaí cup and strawberry matcha and was honestly worried that he might spit on them while making my order with his behavior/attitude. My matcha wasn’t filled at the way and had a lot of ice as well. Please don’t leave this individual alone in your store, he needs to be supervised by a shift lead or something

Been here many times. Product is good but absolutely useless staff. They dont listen. Paid$12 plus $3 tip and got a 12 oz acai bowl with barely any of the ingredients I ordered despite telling them to go extremely light on the acai even if they reduce the served volume. Staff need to be properly trained and pay attention or the brand will be destroyed. Will never go back.

This is my fourth visit to this particular brand of açai bowl chain and I needed to finally leave a review as they deserve every star. Their menu format is simple… you can build your own bowl or smoothie, or pick from a small menu of preset items. I always go with the build your own, and I love that you get to add unlimited toppings for the same price with the exception of a couple premium toppings.
Today I got a small 12 ounce build your own bowl with mangoes, blueberries, bananas, strawberries, chia seeds, and pistachio cream. I will say the pistachio cream was much sweeter than I anticipated so I will probably go back to my usual almond butter.
The service was friendly, the seating area was very clean and I simply have zero complaints.
