We went to ORO after seeing the instagram online. The food was decent and the service was good however there was barely anyone in the restaurant, more staff than customers. It seemed as if the staff were keener to keep “influencer” customers happy with free drinks etc despite our honeymoon going unnoticed. The bill was not worth the experience in our opinion.

Great drinks, and delicious food. The only thing that disappointed me a little was that in their Instagram and website they show some really nice atmosphere with shows and gold models and when we went it didn't happen. Everything else is really good. Diego was super knowledgeable and professional.

Nothing “Oro” about this place — more like pretending to be gold while missing the substance entirely. A server spilled a drink on me and the table, didn’t bother to clean it, and simply walked away. Another staff member had to step in. We ordered an egg tartar with caviar, yet no proper caviar spoon was offered. For anyone who actually knows fine dining, metal spoons oxidize the caviar and ruin the flavor — a small but telling detail that separates luxury from pretense.
The host’s attitude matched the experience: performative, not professional.
It’s not about the price — it’s about the complete lack of refinement, awareness, and genuine hospitality. Beautiful lighting, yes — but no soul, no warmth, no grace.
