Great restaurant , carbonara was amazing and the entrees - tempura zucchini, potato croquettes, and suppli. Our server Gaetano was lovely. We went to the one in Rome then found the one in Miami and it’s the best carbonara we’ve ever had!

i truly mean this when i say it, this was the best pasta i’ve had in america.. and i’ve lived in NJ/NYC my entire life and have been to the best italian restaurants, as well as a family line of cooking amazing italian food. i moved to south florida 2 years ago and struggle to find great italian food down here. i visit italy/sicily yearly and what i ate today in miami is right up there with the food i’ve eaten family run spots in italy. my wife had the pesto pasta and i had the ragu (bolognese) and it was unbelievably tasty. we had the app with the fried zucchini, olives, rice balls and potato croquettes.. SO good. tiramisu was soft and creamy.. it was meant to be split with my wife but i devoured all of it. lastly, our server Gaetano was so pleasant and kind, and really made us feel like we were in a small restaurant in italy. miami is about an hour drive for us but we will absolutely be taking the drive down regularly after having tried this. lastly, normally after a meal like this i feel bloated and gross but i feel fantastic after dinner.. nothing better than authentic hand made pasta 🍝🇮🇹

We had a wonderful evening at Osteria da Fortunata. We had gone to the one in Rome and it is just as good. Gaetano provided wonderful service, making our night as memorable as ever.

If a restaurant ever forces you to have to purchase a bottle of water that they receive profit margins of over three hundred percent on walk away. They don't believe their food is good enough and need to squeeze every penny they can out of you in any way possible. Plenty of good options stay away from this tourist trap.
