What an overrated restaurant.
We’ve only ever been here for breakfast but love it so much. Also best arepa de chocolo I’ve ever had! Feels like the best home cooked meals you’ve ever had

The prices are somewhat high, the food is not much and they also charge a very high “convenience fee” for cards, they do not ask the amount of tip but they charge it and the highest one. Bring cash and ask prices before ordering. But don't expect me to come back or recommend this place

The service is horrible. They empanadas and other votemos are good but the attitude! Never again and they didn’t care when I told them so.
I once bought an order of 3 bonus bread and they gave me one, we asked for water and they filled a water glass with plain water. I don't think the glass was even clean. Horrible, don't come. Terrible customer service
I really don’t recommend this place..so first off the customer service isn’t great, with the staff there treating you as a nuisance more than anything. You get a cheap paper plate, plastic cups, and cold ‘meh’ food at the prices of a 5 star upscale restaurant.
Customer service is awful, DON’T GO THERE. Besides the attitude (the worst I’ve received), the food is very expensive. A normal plate costed me $25… again, avoid at all expenses to go there.
very rich everything
I was going to the next door restaurant but their photos and menu looked interesting. Best choice we made. Excellent food, good size servings, tasted like home made. It is small but it was truly a great find. The employees were nice, not sure why others say it was a bad experience. I would def mKe a trip and come back. Arapes were great! Chicharron was yummy and the lomo saltado was so flavorful.
Great authentic Colombian food! Excellent staff! Best pandebono ever!

The food was ok, but the service attitude was definitely nothing to do with it. From the cashier to the waiter. For me, quality includes 50% good service and it was not what we felt. Please, for this job we need people with charisma and who make us feel comfortable. No matter how delicious a dish is, if I don't feel in a good environment I simply won't come back.
I didn’t even got to sit down to eat because I was so mad because of the attitude. First thing I noticed was that all their tables were stacked with dirty plates. I still wanted to try their food. I told the lady in the cash register that I wanted to order to go, she said that she was too busy and that I needed to wait. She didn’t offer a Menu for me to look through. I got so upset because of the attitude that I decided to leave.
Very good service
I love the empanadas and latte from Pandebono Bakery. I recommend it!
Never ever, the worst. Excessively expensive, I paid for a normal lunch as if it was a restaurant with silver tablecloths and silverware. The food cold and ugly, the quality of the ingredients bad. Never again. On top of that they charge the tip and convenience fee, I never knew what it was about and they don't know how to explain it either. Stay away of this site, is a completely disgusting bad site.
