My experience at Pao was simply unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and with an energy that makes you feel welcome at all times. The food, a work of art on every plate. Each bite was a journey of perfectly balanced flavors, with a presentation that awakens all the senses. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, although I must admit that the noise sometimes distracts a bit from the magic of the experience. Still, the vibe of the place makes you want to stay and enjoy it from beginning to end. I definitely want to return, and it would be an honor to be able to share more of this unique experience with my community. I believe Pao is not just a place to dine, but a space where gastronomy, art, and style come together in the most special way.

Amazing experience from beginning to end! The welcome staff as well as our waitress were amazingly attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make our Anniversary dinner amazing!

we had the Miami Spice menu: very tasty and sophisticated. The place is great, ambiance and decor second to none.

We expected more. The only food that we enjoyed was sashimi plates with side of rice and seaweed. We had fun making our own rolls. The chefs menu was not impressive. 4 pieces of bread for the table definitely should not count as a course. But it did. Hot courses ( chicken and short rib ) were not as hot as suppose to be. And it was extremely long wait between courses. Even though restaurant was not busy at all. And on top of that we were charged hotel fee. Maybe if we ordered from the menu it would be better.

Went for Miami Spice, although solid, it left more to be desired. Service was great, and overall an enjoyable dinner. I felt the spice menu was very limited compared to what was online on the miami spice website. Then the portion sizes were very small when they came out. For what you pay, I personally did not find value match for price. Overall Pao is a good go to, but I can't say I left happy nor disappointed. It had been years since I had gone back and I'm afraid now it will likely be more time before I contemplate visiting again. I understand it's more of a high end option, but I don't know if I got the full high end experience beyond the attentiveness of our waitress. Even cocktails were just ok. I remember them being a highlight of the meal in the past.

I highly recommend this restaurant at The Faena Hotel, Miami Beach. Even over and above Los Fuegos owned by award winning chef Francis Mallman. The chef @Pao is very talented, the food is incredible, and the service is top shelf.

PAO, EXCELENTE. EL PROBLEMA LO TIENE EL HOTEL FAENA, CON EL VLAET PARKING 20 A 25 MINUTOS DE ESPERA Y NO ES LA PROMERA VEZ. ME EXTRAÑA DEL HOTEL QUE NO TENGA COMO LA MAYORIA DE LOS RESTAURANTES, LA APP, PARA PEDIR EL AUTO 10 MINUTOS ANTES. ARRUINAN LA CENA

The service was impeccable, from Marcos with his menu suggestions and knowledge of the restaurant, to the sommelier helping us choose the wine, to Guillermo the waiter who also contributed greatly with his recommendations and attention, to the entire staff.

No consistent server, never saw the same person more than once through 2 hour dinner - meal was off due to inconsistent flow. Only disappointment of the hotel so far.

Service was impeccable. All the food was delish. It was beautifully appointed. I cannot find anything to complain about! Which says a lot.

The duck and eggplant were tasteful but served cold. In gral.it was excellent in taste and presentation.

Brings you home to the Philippines and more. What an elevating experience. The maximalist ambience complements the minimalistic yet rich dining experience, sprinkled with the familiar hospitality treatment hardwired in our DNA. Salamat.

This is my third visit to PAO, and although it is on the pricier side, the overall experience is well worth it. The flavors and uniqueness of the dishes rank among the best I've encountered.

Beautiful place but the flavor wasn't as expected for this type of restaurant

My wife and I ate at the bar after a long day of watching tennis. The service was very nice and the atmosphere was equivalently pleasant. We had some nigiri, the uni entree and the Tom kha rice as well as a crepe and berries dessert. We had a few adult beverages as well. Truly, this was an excellent experience and the Tom Kha rice is the show stopper. I highly recommend Pao.
