They don't answer the phone. I ordered through the app. The app said it was ready so I went to get it. They told me it was the wrong store. I checked the app again and confirmed the right store. Went back inside and waited 5 min for them to come tell me it's in the oven now. This store sucks.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed an order at this Papa John’s location and was told my food would arrive at 8:54 PM. I live one building away from the store. Despite this, my order never showed up.
I repeatedly called the restaurant and spoke with a man named Jake, who claimed he was the manager. From the start, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He flat-out told me that it was not his job to know where my order was and that I should just wait “as long as the driver needs.” Absolutely unbelievable.
Forty-five minutes AFTER the promised delivery time, my order was still missing and Jake couldn’t have cared less.
When I insisted he contact the driver, I was told the order had already been delivered — to a MAN named “Laura” at my door. Read that again. Apparently my food was delivered to a MAN named “Laura.” Interesting, considering no one came to my door and I was home the entire time. What a joke. Either the driver delivered to the wrong place or this was a straight-up lie.
To make it even worse, Jake then tried to justify this by saying that Laura is a common man’s name. The level of absurdity and disrespect here is unreal.
After another 20 minutes of arguing, instead of fixing the issue or showing even a shred of accountability, Jake simply said he would cancel the order. No apology. No solution. No professionalism.
This location is dishonest, poorly managed, and completely incompetent. If this is how managers are trained to treat customers, it’s no surprise orders go missing.
