Server was polite and efficient. She was attentive but still gave me my space to enjoy the meal. Atmosphere was beautiful but definitely loud. Food was great...no complaints. Quality does explain the pricing but some items may have been slightly overpriced. Would I return? Yes! Great spot to grab a few rolls to share and chitchat with friends or partner.

Paperfish Sushi was amazing. The sushi was fresh and delicious, with rolls that were perfectly put together and easy to eat. The appetizers were just as good—the ceviche was fresh, flavorful, and a generous portion, and the crispy rice was well presented with a great crunch. My husband and I each had a cocktail, and those were also quite good. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten-free options, which we really appreciated. This is our first visit to the location at South Beach and we will definitely return. As expected everything was perfect as usual. The service by Dasha was warm and inviting. Another most pleasurable dining experience.
