Beautiful atmosphere and a great overall experience. I really enjoyed the conch ceviche, it was fresh and full of flavor. Stephanie behind the bar was very attentive and gave great drink and food recommendations. Definitely a spot I would come back to!

Food was awesome. Rock shrimp, snapper ceviche and lobster were fantastic. One of the better meals we’ve had in Miami. Low key vibe, not trying to be a club, food just shines. Highly recommend.

A Standout Dining Experience in Miami Beach

Dining at Pauline inside The Shelborne by Proper was easily one of our best meals during our stay.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The welcome champagne and small bites set the tone immediately and made the experience feel elevated and memorable right from the start.

The menu is clearly chef-driven and thoughtfully curated. Every dish we tried was full of flavor and made with incredibly fresh ingredients. From the appetizers to the cocktails and even dessert, everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

The decor is elegant and sophisticated, with a vibe that feels very Miami Beach but with a refined twist. It creates a great atmosphere that feels both lively and intimate at the same time.

This is truly a perfect place for a celebration or special occasion, or simply a memorable night out while visiting Miami Beach.

Came in for a quick bite and was amazed by the quality that I have to go back for a full dinner. The 5 conchas is a great raw sampler, the sauce for the shrimp really stands out. So did the zucchini dumpling, the creole sauce was a great accompaniment. As great as the food was the service really shined, Stephanie and Mark were friendly and helpful and the food runner described the food excellently. Highly recommend

Just returned from a lovely and delicious dinner at Pauline’s. Our server was Marie, who described each dish with enthusiasm and detail. She was warm , cheerful and professional. We’d ask for her on our next visit (Wednesday!). Each dish was ever-so -good to exceptional!

The food at Pauline is excellent, it is honestly the best meal I've had in a very long time. The five fishes tasting was very yummy as well as the lobster, and the pompano fish! We were treated to an amuse bouche with fish eggs and the Johnny Cakes which were also very good. We decided to sit at the bar, and enjoyed the serve from Mark and the GM.

4 stars because of the hostesing and seating. If the restaurant is empty just seat people where they want to sit, and have a hostess at that host stand. Before us, there was a group waiting for a long time-- missed opportunity.

Hands down my best meal of 2026 and best new restaurant. The tuna crudo and scallops were flawless, the zucchini flowers and the jerk carrots both packed incredible flavor. The lobster sancocho was rich and layered, and the bass was cooked to perfection.

Dessert took it over the top we had the rice pudding and the key lime semifreddo - which might just be the best key lime dessert in Miami. An unforgettable meal from start to finish. I’ll be returning to try the rest!

I can’t believe I didn’t know about this hidden gem sooner because I would’ve become a regular instantly. This was easily one of the best and most delicious dining experiences I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I did the five-course Valentine’s Day special, and every single dish was cooked to perfection.Our waitress and bartender, Stephanie, gave us the best recommendations and made the whole experience even more special. The Florida Keys shrimp, seabass, and key lime pie were our absolute favorites. We’ll definitely be coming back for future date nights!

We had such a great experience at Pauline. The food was unique and interesting and expertly prepared. Our server Maria was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Wow. Spectacular meal. We ordered so many dishes and it seemed like each one was better than the last. All of the seafood here is amazing. Inventive, delicious, beautiful. The service was attentive and friendly. Will be back to try the dishes we missed and revisit our favorites. If the dish includes lobster, order it.

Had the best dinner at Pauline! Best new addition to Miami Beach in years, and the food was 10/10. Orders most of the small plates, amazing raw section, and favorite entrees were steak and lobster dish. Highly recommend
